| Application for authority to acquire trackage rights over the line of the Western Maryland Railway from a point at or near Belington to Norton located in Randolph and Barbour Counties West Va. a distance of about 10 miles, and abandonment of applicant's Belington Branch between Leiter Junction and Belington, a distance of 8.4 miles and remove that part of said main track between Val. Station. 21 plus 12 and Val. Sta. 391 plus 25 a distance of 7.01 miles retaining the remaining part of each end of said branch as storage or side-tracks.
