The Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway Co. hereby requests a certificate of public convenience and necessity permitting abandomment of a line of railroad known as the Buffalo District, of the Plains Division, extending from mp 1.17 at Waynoka, to MP 52.23 at Buffalo, a distance of 51.06 miles, all in Woods, Woodward and Harper Counties, OK. The aforementioned line of rr will be referred to herein as the "Buffalo District"
