I have a site with photos of railroad related structures in Winters. I believe that the diamond match company was in the process of removing their structures.
This line has been reopened !!!
The Winters Branch is not the West Valley Line and is not likely to be re-opened. Most of the old on-line businesses are closed and the rest have not had any rail service for nearly 20 years now and therefore don't likely need it.
Google this rail line and I got men sits that say (up) railroad reopened the line so if there is no money to by made then why is it bing reopened .
