Application of Northern Pacific Ry Co. for authority to (1) abandon its branch line of single track railroad approximately 6.32 miles in length between Wallace and Burke, wholly in Shoshone County, Idaho, and (2) to operate jointly with the Union Pacific Railroad of Oregon-Washington RR & Navigation Co, approximately 6.30 miles in length, extending from Wallace to Burke, wholly in Shoshone County, Idaho. (The line to be operated closely parallels the line proposed to be abandoned and served the same intermediate points, namely: Gem, Frisco Black Bear, Dorn and Mace.
