SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD
Docket Number: 23166 Date: 6/15/1964 Section: 1(18)
Applic for authority to aband. its Union Branch, owned and operated by Sn. Pac. Co., betw. M.P. 71.452 near Union and the end of said branch near M.P. 73.307 near West Napa, a distance of approx. 1.855 mi., together with all sidings, spur tracks and appurtenances located in Napa County, Calif.
Length: 1.855 miles Citation:

I believe this section of track was later used by the California Northern to service the Napa Pipe plant in western Napa. Napa Pipe is now closed so it may, once again, be abandoned. The rest of the branch from Napa on north is used by the Napa Wine Train.
