Judging by the description, this is the former Oklahoma City-Ada-Atoka line. It belonged to the ATSF in the late 1960s. My guess is that this is the Woods-Shawnee and Shawnee-Maud segments. A short segment of ex-OCAA trackage is still in service near the mill on the south side of Shawnee.
Another section that still exists is located from the old Frisco diamond east for several miles thru Midwest City to end of track. Only the west end of this is still in service. Everything east of Sooner Road has been out of service for a number of years.
There is about 1/2 mile of 75# rail still in place east of Shawnee Mills' trackage that is disconnected from the mill trackage.
