The abandoned railroad route between Cecil and Bishop, known as The Millers Run Extension, of which 1.1 miles have been abandoned, was once operated in Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Railroad and the Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago & Saint Louis Railroad.
