Mansfield to Ava

The Kansas City, Ozark and Southern Railroad

The Kansas City, Ozark and Southern Railroad was built in 1910 between Mansfield and Ava, Missouri, and served the timber and agricultural interests in and around Ava.

Abandonment of the line came around 1935. Today, parts of the old roadbed can still be discerned.
